Putting the BRAKES on JAECOO - NO SPARES IN STOCK

I have been telling ALL my friends and partners about this amazing JAECOO car from the day I bought it. BUT the last two weeks were a nightmare. The service when the car was taken in for service was poor. Then the shocker on how long it will take to get the brake pads, more than 9 days, and I was told that it needs skimming, REALLY at 40,000. What is going on? Now I cannot drive the car since it will get more damaged. They do not have a courtesy car. Why so long for BRAKE PADS
