Poor Service in purchasing a new vehicle - Alberton Branch

I have been in the market to purchase a new car, and excited about the process of purchasing it but the experience I received at this branch was so discouraging and not informative. I am actually appalled that this is the way that you try to sell cars to your clients. No informative sales executive that tells me about the car I had to keep asking him, as I also had done my own research about the car before I arrived. I will not be supporting this branch in my new purchase as you treat your clients with utter disregard for budget or their affordability needs. I have heard many reviews of clients that have had successful purchases and good experiences, of even receiving a cup of coffee but there was absolutely no desire to try and sell me a car from this sales executive. I will Glady take my money elsewhere, where people will value it. Absolutely disappointed in your level of service.
