Poor service and lack of communication Chery Rustenburg has zero respect for customers especially their manager who thinks he owns the dealership when he is just an employee there. I Called in on Saturday informing them about an error my vehicle is showing and I was told to bring in my car on Monday morning since I was in Joburg I had to make means to be in Rustenburg on Monday as per arrangement on phone call now I am being told I have to book why was this never communicated with me via call and when I ask the manager he just stared and told me to make a booking .
