Poor service

last week when the maintenance light came on I have been calling *** and it just rings indefinitely until it hangs up - I then searched on Google and found a service manage number starting with 072... and I called that on Monday 16 Oct 23 and spoke to a lady who said "she is driving and as soon as she gets back to the office she will call me" nothing happened - Then I called today and struggled like before but some how I got to reception who transferred me 3 times till I got to Nadia - she said it was too early and that I need to bring in the car on Friday to reset the interval - I asked to speak to manager - she said she will transfer me to a SJ Smith and boy I waited till the call dropped - I call again and waited 12 min and I hanged up - they are very good in selling their cars but their service availability is shocking - I need to think about other brands service _ I have 3 vehicles with this dealer - it is really sad when it comes to their service
