poor post purchase experience

i bought a 2025 chery tiggo pro 7 at chery north cliff on the 20th of this month from a gentleman called kamogelo. The service was proper and i was very him with the sales man. When i went to collect the vehicle i was told that they dont have the service book, the spare key and the number plate. I then received the permit which expires 09/02/2025. i have been calling the dealership almost everyday and to date no one is willing to confirm that my number plate, spare key and service book are on the way to chery bethlehem as agreed upon. This coming Sunday the permit is expiring meaning i will be driving around with a car with an expired permit, and still without the service book, spare key and no number plate. The post purchase experience with this dealership has been a nightmare!!! then there is this alex guy who never answers his phone and its a miracle if he even calls you back. I am happy with the car but the post purchase experience has been proper *******, and even now as i am typing this i still dont have what belongs to me, how do you even give a client a brand new car with a spare key and service book to begin with? rest assured my next car will not be from this dealership.
