Poor customer service

I have received poor customer service after experiencing issues with a recently purchased brand new car. The car has been in and out of the CMH Volvo Hatfield workshop 4 times already. I have been told by CMH Volvo Hatfield that they are waiting for a response from Chery SA on what to do.
