Poor backup service

Good day Sir I'm Mr John Andrew Johnston living in South Africa. My wife and I purchased thos car 2 years ago and in that time period we did about 45000 km in the car. Every time we braked the car made a noise. I asked the dealer to please check it when they did the 45000 km service. When we got the car back the noise was still there. I called them to ask why the brake pads was not replaced and I was told that we still had more than half of our pads left. I took the car back to them and took one of the mechanics with me for a test drive. When we got back to the dealer I was told that it was a brake shudder and that they need to skim my disc's. I was told that the disc had a run put of 1mm on the one side and 1.1mm on the other side. They charged to skim the disc's and the noise is still there. I went to headoffice here and reported it to them after a long while I was not getting any feed back from them. After getting me so frustrated they told me to take the car to Chery Edenvale where I was told that those dics are faulty and need to replace them under warranty. Iwas also told that these disc's are too thin for skimming and that chery does not allow skimming of disc's. This tells me that the dealer that sold us the car are not qualified enough to work on these cars. By them skimming my disc's is putting our safety at risk. Chery here is dragging their time in replacing the disc's
