Paying for a parked Chery Tiggo Cross

I have been waiting for car parts since January and still to date parts are not available with ETAs that do not make sense losing out on the benefits that are provided within the first year of purchase.

While Chery Tiggo Cross may be a suitable car for my needs, I as a customer have been failed from the HQ to the dealer in which I purchased from. I am paying for extra parking, had to fight for 2 full months to get a courtesy car, no proactive updates and definitely rude employees esp the parts department.

The Chery Supply chain is *********** and definetly does not care about its service to the market. It is disheartening and I am appalled by the manners of their team.
