Pathetic service from Chery

Been trying since January to get the rust in my car sorted but to no avail. Pathetic service from Chery Century City and worse service from Chery Cape Town where incompetence is blatantly evident. Went to Facebook, complained but still nothing. A car that starts rusting after 9 months???
