Pathetic service

After my last mail to the customer care agent they still havent resolved the issue that still persists and it has been a week since the last correspondence. They still havent escalated thia further yet they said they did because there has been any resolution and I have asked for the contact details for higher management and thr agent completely ignore it

This is terrible customer care service. I advise everyone not to support Chery brand with any of their products as their after service is pathetic
