Pathetic Service - Chery PMB

The customer service at Chery Pietermaritzburg is absolutely pathetic! There is a lady there by the name of Felisa that has absolutely no way of dealing professionally with customers.

My family purchased a Tiggo 4 last year November and has had endless issues with the vehicle!

For this being a brand new vehicle, this is unacceptable and what's worse it seems like no one knows what they are doing, from the dealer principal to the service department!
