Pathetic customer service

I visited Chery The Glen (Kia) to order an engine mountain on the 6th. The guy advised me to come back on the 7th in the morning to collect the part. To my surprise when I got there the part was not even ordered. He told me he was going to send his driver to collect it at the warehouse and have him delivering it to me. That too never happened. I waited the whole day and when I called him to find out what's happening he was now aggressive and defensive. I have still not received the car part that I have paid for. No communication from the dealership.
