Parts not available

I have been waiting from 01-10-2015 for the following part: CA11-***. Every time I phone to enquire as to when I will get the part I am told that it is on back order and will take 25 working days to arrive. My quote number is 61K56277 and the person who made it out is Divan. I have been speaking to Clive at Chery Boksburg's parts Department for almost every week since. I have phoned Chery Edenvale and Germiston branches and none of them have that part. They even checked on the system. Nothing available in South Africa.
