Nonsense Service: Chery Carnival

Nonsense service I must say , bought a pre-owned vehicle , which they forgot to service. Took it in in March , they still have my service book which now they tell me they have lost and I have no proof of the supposed service that was done. Even their manager sends me from pillar to post , since March … at this point I don’t even think the service was done here. Clearly here url just run a business of sell and forget , because you care not about customers post purchase service.

The Service centre manager said he will sort it out immediately last week, I’m still waiting even now. I must yet again be the one that Calls and follows up on this ****
