No Spare Parts Available!!!

I bought a 2023 Chery tiggo 4 Pro elite CVT in December 2023, in March 2024 a warning light displaying gearbox failure popped up. I took the car to Chery Kuilsriver, they couldnt find anything. They disabled the warning light and told me to monitor the vehicle, few days later it popped up again. I took it back to Chery Kuilsriver, once again they couldnt find nothing wrong. The car started loosing power and feeling sluggish. Mid June, i took the car to Chery Kuilsriver, few days later they told me they ordered the parts. A week later they arrived, however that part didnt help with the problem either. At this point i was told they are still investigating the problem, its a new model so they are struggling to diagnose it. Three weeks i did not even have a courtesy car, they were telling me they logged a call with CherySA but were not getting a response. Only after four weeks they borrowed me one of their own vehicles, still nothing from CherySA. Two months later my car is still not back, and i am told they have ordered a TCU from China but do not ETA. Why am i paying for a car i am not even driving and have no idea when i will get it back??? I regret changing my Ford for this very unreliable brand with pathethic customer service. I would not recommed it to anyone.
