No contact details Chery SA

Took our car to Chery in Vanderbijlpark, on 05/11/2024, as it had warnings signs and when driving it was weak, and I was told it had a problem with the gearbox, they advised that a claim was submitted to Chery SA, I have been making follow up's and I keep getting the same results, they have submitted a claim on the warranty and it has not been approved by Chery SA today it's the 18/11/2024. Still Chery SA has not worked on the warrant claim, they promise a long term warranty however they're claim process is *****. I ask the branch to give me their head office contact details and was told they don't have. I ask on the turnaround time and no one knows, the only thing they tell me is they know that the claim process takes long. Chery SA your service is poor
