No aftersales service

Most useless service ever, i contacted the dealership is George and they can't help me with parts, i phoned the number on the website and Johan said he will get the dealership to help me, i have even given the go ahead and confirmed the part numbers that i need for my 2012 Toggo, i wanted to trade up to a new Tiggo 4 but it seems the aftersales service is as pathetic as before, great product but no backup is a useless product, i will rather go for the opposition, pay a bit more but get aftersales service😡
