New Key

We bought a second hand Chery Tiggo.The main key broke and so we went and got a new key from Chery in Pretoria.After all the fuss,the key was not cut to fit our vehicle and was promised after a week to cut it correctly.This is now month 3 and no joy,My husband went to the branch as they promised to do it today,just to be told that they can't assist us now as they won't take the car to the Menlyn branch to cut the key.Everytime the expense is on us.For a fisrt time buyer of a Chery,I will never drive one again.And if our sparekey also breaks,Chery will be responsible for all damages as I never had this bad service before. I need this to be sorted ASAP.
