new broken car

I bought a new chery qq3 and had a 3 year warranty plan I never used it because everything I phoned for help with my car they keep saying it's not part of the warranty.the car broked after a year twice I had to repair it myself.I recently took it too kai for my 30 000 service in November the car broked twice after that and now I'm sitting with a broken car.Iam so sick and tired of sitting with a new broken car can you please help me because Iam tired of standing next to the road with a broken car.and seriously Iam goanna take cherry to court because I had enough
