Never heard of this before

<p>A dealership told me that my starter was the problem, so obviously I bought one . But when I took my car to a mechanic to have it replaced he informed me that the starter is not the problem. Chery SA refuses to refund my because apparently they have to buy the part back from me and it's against company policy. It's still in its box, hasn't even been opened. Have you never been wrongly advised before?</p>
