Lack of service regarding damages to new chery vehicle tigo cross between dealer manufacturer

Good day last year I bought a Chery tigo cross brand new and with that a few plans then in 2026 I picked up a few scratches and used my scratch and dent package so to my amazement the panelbeaters reported that there was previous damages to my vehicle and fixed but was sold as a new car I then reported it too Kevin Kruger who sold me the vehicle although he couldn't give me a answer and reported it to headoffice or the factory and until today no feedback or any answer to how this could have happened it seems the blame was now directed to the panelbeaters who had to fix the car and Chery was running away from there responsibilities yet again I ordered a part that was needed to be replaced under warranty and still waiting for that as well after 3 Weeks so please be vigilant for buying cars from Chery if they get damaged they will fix it and still sell it as a new vehicle and don't record it and tell you they can't trace where the damages occurred and just leave it as it is although you payed for a new car that's the problem with Chinese cars very poor after sales service and no responsibility towards their customers at Krugersdorp chery
