Lack of professional technicians

I find it really concerning that my vehicle was booked in twice to have a look at the same issue and it's still not resolved after my car has been there for more than a week. I'm really disappointed that the vehicle is only a year old and having to be without it for long periods of time as it now needs to stand at a dealership that does not know what the issue might bem
