JAECOO car parts waiting time

Unfortunately had a car accident in Feb 2026, and I’m still waiting for car parts to date. They’re saying parts are arriving in bits and pieces. The biggest car part that needs to be replaced is the front bumper. JAECOO SA only provided me with a courtesy car after 3 months of waiting for my car to be repaired. They’re now claiming the car parts will arrive in SA on the 15th of July 2026. My advice is don’t buy these Chinese vehicles until they’ve established a plant in South Africa because you will struggle with car parts. No apology or call from JAECOO South Africa as well regarding the waiting time.
