I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at IPOP Chery, part of the IPOP Group, and especially to Benjamin Meyer, Lourens, Jacques, Leticia, Dylan, Nick, John, Mika, and everyone else whose name I may unfortunately have forgotten to mention.

Thank you for your incredible service, kindness, compassion, professionalism and sincerity over the past four months. You have supported me through a particularly difficult and emotional time, and in the midst of that grief, you gave me something genuinely wonderful to look forward to: my new Chery Q.

What has stood out to me most is that every single person treated me with the same care, respect and attention one might expect when purchasing the most expensive car in the showroom. Your level of service never wavered, and I always felt valued and genuinely cared for.

In my 22 years of driving and having owned more than 25 cars, I can honestly say that the service and experience I have received from IPOP Chery have been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning of the sales process through to taking delivery of my new car, every interaction was handled with professionalism, patience, warmth and genuine enthusiasm.

I am absolutely in love with my new Chery Q, and I cannot thank the entire team enough for making the journey to owning it such a memorable experience. You didn't simply sell me a car. You made the entire purchase process feel special, and at a time when I really needed something positive to look forward to, that meant more to me than you probably realise.
