Information Sharing with Third Party- Invasion of Privacy

I received an email this morning from Dudu Masango confirming a Booking appointment for Monday the 18th, I immediately responded to the email and also called the dealership as I had not made a booking (my car is not even due for service as its only on 25km currently). After numerous checks by the same Dudu, she advised my vehicle was incorrectly captured due to typing error by a lady named Samantha. I questioned Dudu on how such an error can happen, the person who called to make a booking must've provided some detail (in this case this was a man making a booking however my car is registered to a woman-me) which was clearly ignored (from my experience, the guys in the service center validate the vehicle details and booking details before making a booking) and the booking was confirmed telephonically as well as notifications sent (an SMS was sent to the 3'rd party whilst I received the email), Dudu could not give assurance on the SMS not receiving the other party but rather said they do not include the registration number and when I asked what assurance I have since the email did contain my registration number she could not answer but rather said the other person said they have not received an SMS (when I asked if she can validate this- she could not answer).

I just received a call from a lady called Jolene (manager apparently) who tried to change the narrative and said that I only received the email because of a capturing error because I was sent a booking reminder comm (how when my car is noooot due for service???- how was car details pulled up by accident to trigger a booking reminder comm. The content does not say its a reminder-this is clear from the subject) as well as that a booking was made on my car for Jan the 27 with a confirmation SMS sent to a number that I don't know.

At this moment, someone out there knows that my registration number is linked to a vehicle that exists meaning I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED AND MY LOCATION/CAR'S LOCATION HAS BEEN EXPOSED (I am not accusing anyone however my information was exposed to clearly more than 1 person/number without my consent)
