I WANT MY CAR BACK

took my car for a major service at Chery Pomona, and till today, I haven't received anything! No paperwork, no quote, no call! I'm the one following up, and no one's getting back to me.

My daughter spoke to the workshop manager on Monday, Werner, who advised parts aren't available, and the only thing they have for my vehicle is the oil filter. I know parts can be an issue, but to keep my vehicle and not say a word? frustrating!
