Horrible service
What a poor service at Chery Bloemfontein branch. I had a major breakdown this morning and my car was towed in and my car is only 8 months old but already has a gearbox problem. I have been here for the past three hours and they taking me from pillar to post regarding a curtesy car. I’m now stuck in Bloem and I need to get back to Joburg

20 Jun 2025, 15:46Chery SA refusing to give me a curtesy car after my car having a factory fault on the gearbox. I really regret buying a car from Chery, the customer service is terrible and pathetic, they don’t care about their customers but only cares about the costumer’s money
