Group 1 Chery Kuilsriver terrible after sales service

My husband and I traded in my Haval H2 in June 2024 and purchased a Chery Tigo 7 Pro Max.

In October 2024 I received a fine for a car that was no longer in my possession. My husband notified the dealership immediately. Their response was that they sold the Haval to a different dealership but failed to do a change of ownership. Since the trade in, not only has the Haval's ownership not changed, it has also racked up fines. As a result, I am now sitting with a Summons to appear in court for fines on a vehicle I don't own. My frustration is that for the last 5 months, I have been fighting to get fines amounting to R1400 (and subsequent Summons) cleared off my name and the staff at Group 1 Chery Kuilsriver do not seem to be bothered at all.
