Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe for My Family and inconvenience for a new vehicle.

I purchased a brand-new Chery Tiggo 7 Pro on the 23rd October 2024, expecting reliability and peace of mind for my family. Instead, the car has been plagued by persistent gearbox failure warnings almost from day one. Despite countless visits to the dealership, module replacements, and even a full gearbox replacement, the issue keeps returning. This is not just inconvenient—it’s a serious safety risk, as failures have occurred on highways and at intersections. After more than a year of back-and-forth, I still don’t have a dependable vehicle. Buying a new car should mean safety and trust, but Chery has failed on both counts. Awaiting word from MIOSA before taking legal action. I would strongly caution anyone considering this brand.
