Excellent Service from Chery Ballito Dealer Principle

I was so angry with the staff of, if not livid, and then you get the dealer principle, Gisela Witthoft, who is just so on the ball. Not even a 5 minute chat with her and she resolved everything and even went as far as to call me after hours to keep me updated. I have never experienced such professionalism and assistance directly, usually it's delegated down to the staff. Chery Ballito staff should actually take notes from Gisela on how to handle clients and their needs. She e explained everything technicians should have been able to explain and her customer care was impeccable, it almost felt like she was the customer care consultant the way she walked us through everything. Thank you Gisela, this is the reason I'll continue to purchase all my vehicles from here as long as she is the dealer principle, because from being in a raging mood with no one wanting to assist with answers, just excuses, Gisela took 5 minutes and she had me wondering which car am I going to get next from this dealership.
