Do not buy yourself a Chery Vehicle

We driving a Chery J3 and we have been experiencing problems with the car. The car was with the dealer since last year October 2016 and we got it back again for only 1 week before it broke again. In May 2017, I was told to collect my car, the Head Technician Riaan from Chery persisted that my vehicle is in 100% condition which I refused to believe because the initial sound was still on the car. 31 May 17, vehicle do not want to take gears and we got the vechile Yesterday (6 June 17) with the head lights not working and the volume of the radio going louder for no reason and now nor the dealer or Chery wants to take responsibility. Please note that the vehicle was bought brand new in 2015.

Nobody wants to take responsibility and both Chery and the dealer are shifting the problem around. We bought the car from the dealer but their attitude towards us, they simply do not care. My question is, is it not the dealers responsibility to make sure that your customers are happy, because they got my money when I bought the car. When we contact them, no one wants to assist we must always phone them back or they simply not willing to help. When we bought this car initially it was great but then the sound started on the vehicle and it is even before October last year on numerous occasions where we told the dealer about the sound, which they did nothing about and only really started to work on the car in October 2016, and yet today the car is still not fixed.

So do yourself a fav and do not buy yourself a vechile from Chery.
