Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max Gearbox failure

This is my advise to anyone who hasn't bought Chery please do not buy it. I bought my car last year and it is only a year old then GEARBOX FAILURE and does not take Reverse. I was then taken to Chery Cape gate on 26.09.2025 it has been weeks , no courtesy car nothing and the response I recieved from Lusha Mashiwane is so pathetic. On the site they claim to offer Courtesy car yet there did not offer me any and today is the 10.10.2025 no call nothing

I am so disappointed at them one day they will fall and never have customers
