Do not buy a Chery/Long delays in parts

I regret buying a Chery. I chose the Chery because of the warranty. The warranty is useless as there is no parts available and long delays to get parts.

My car's suspension was damaged on 7 th Feb. I am still waiting on parts . Up and till 5 March no one could tell me when ,nor provide a reason for the dealy of parts . When the parts arrived on 11 March it was incorrect and did not fit . I contacted the dealership Chery Cape Town where I purchased the vehicle to assist to try and source parts. Their after sales is non existent . I sent the order form and no one could tell me if they had the parts . I contacted them 4 times .Each time they promised to get back to me as the Parts Manager was not available. So they clearly chase sales and once the sale is made they are done. They were not interested in assisting me.

I am still waiting for the parts .

I will advise anyone interested in buying a chery to think twice. What is the purpose of a 10 year warranty if you have to wait months for parts ? Also how can the chery warehouse send incorrect parts if they know which model and have the Vin number ?
