DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CHERY AMANZIMTOTI

Good morning My experience with Chery Amanzimtoti was absolutely disgusting to say the least. I have left messages for the Manager Shaheer to call me regarding an issue I had with my vehicle and was advised of the cost for repair by a previous service agent Caleb, who has since been transfered from the branch. The side mirror has since been replaced and the amount was paid but still the mirror does not have full functionality and now I'm being told by the new advisor Lishanee that a additional cost is involved for the balance of the repair and that she cannot answer for this but I will have to speak to Shaheer who knows of the situation. But still no repair completed or call received from the Manager. Is this the horrible service that I have to accept from this branch?
