Dealer principal - Kempton Park branch

This is specifically for Chery Pomona/Kempton Park. The dealer principal, Jean Michael, is an arrogant, dismissive person. After taking our car in to have the indicator globe changed as they kept blowing, the first time he barely acknowledged me and cut me off saying he needed to go to a meeting (this is all after him and my husband had been emailing over a few weeks) Just over a month later, the car has to go back because now the headlight has blown. Whilst sitting in his office, and trying to figure out what the problem is, he doesn't look up from his computer at all during our conversation, at some point he arrogantly says, I know what I am talking about, that's why I am in my position. He is a horrible boss, a horrible and disgusting dealership principal. Chery SA needs to relook at his position. Chery Kempton Parks service manager is really nice and so are the ladies. But your choice in senior management is going to be the downfall of that branch.
