Customer Care non existent

Poor Customer Care, Speaking to Lucia From Customer Care, she asked me over a Month ago to send her the details via email to her email, i did and no response, i followed up and no response, I tried to call again spoke to her and when i asked she said she will respond, when i asked its been a Month i emailed you and no response she cuts the call, now the call not being picked up, on hold over 20 mins
