Courtesy vehicle

My vehicle was taken in for service and I was informed that there was an issue with my water pump and that they did not feel comfortable releasing the vehicle to me, I then asked if the was a courtesy car as they themselves could not give me estimate to when the vehicle could be fixed and they said no, I find suspicious that is now the second time Chery conveniently does not have any courtesy vehicle I experience the same issue last year November. I would like this to be resolved as I am not mobile
