Clueless

We had so much joy with our first Chery QQ3. So stupid of us we went and bought a Chery J2.<br> Yesterday it went in for it's 60000 service. <br> Hubby told them what the problems where. Sometimes the car started other times it didn't.. started sounding like a diesel truck<br> It is now Wednesday and we can't get our car back. Due to the fact everyone is clueless on why the J2 is not starting. Now the car is DEAD....<br> No loaner so hubby can get to work and back. <br> Now been told, the manufacturers are coming in from China on Monday to see what the issue is... But at the end of the day, we still will have to pay the full price etc..<br> This is BS.... <br> We might have our car back next week...<br> So dear Chery... how on earth does hubby get to work etc... <br> We want answers.... <br> The engine etc are still under guarantee/warranty....<br> Hope we get some answers.
