Chery's faulty cars and lack of consideration for customers.

Chery sells people faulty cars that break down often, then when asked for help to figure out what's wrong with the car, their excuse is that the don't know and that the driver must be the problem. The tiggo 4 pro recently didn't want to start AGAIN. And this has been happening since July-August. We were visiting family for the new year this festive season in mahikeng when this happened. When reported to Chery, the took the car to be looked at and told us it will be back the next day. When the next day rolls around, the car isn't only not ready to be picked up, but they also REFUSED to give us a courtesy car. Staying that they're not obligated to. They said this with the knowledge that the driver has to go to work on Monday. So Chery, are you saying that you don't care for your clients and vehicles? Because refusing to help a woman with a problem that your car caused (not being able to get home) is quite shocking and inconsiderate to me.
