Chery Tigo4 elite

We bought a new Cherytigo4 elite. In January this year. We are having problems with listening to AM radio, as there is a constant crackling disturbance. We’ve been now told that this is a known problem, yet we weren’t informed when buying the car. The FM works beautifully .
