Chery Tiggo Service Quality

We took our Chery Tiggo in for the 60 000Km service to Chery Randburg, They had to replace the Cam Belt - so needed to open up the engine. When we got the car back the dirt and dust was still caked all over the engine! I take it they did the service because of the mechanics fingerprints all over the engine! But it seems that they took everything off and put it back afterwards still with all of the dirt on it. But this cost us R9420-00 - they could clean the engine as well as wash the car??????
