Chery tiggo 4 pro lags and delays accerlation.

I bought a Tiggo 4 pro in June 2024 and in January 2025 the car suddenly required a jumstart, and i reported the issue to the Sandton dealership and got ignored saying the car is fine when i i took it for service, then another issue began the car lags and delays accelleration losing power while driving it which is unsafe. Now the Chery westrand is failing to diagnose the car saying the batter is drained by the tracking unit, and they need a new battery to run more tests and telling me i must buy it. if the fitment of the unit has caused the battery damage the Netstar must buy the battery and furthermore i dont understand why the dealership does not use thei own equipment for diagnostics. i have looged a cased with MIOSA awaiting their rulling. this is bad service, the attitude from Mark the dealer principal is the worst, literaly gave me a midle finger for buying a new car.
