Chery Tiggo
I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from Chery. I have now not had my vehicle for a full three months due to unavailability of parts and when you phone Chery Head Office, staff promise to call you back but never do. My vehicle is a 2010 2.0 Chery Tiggo TXE, and I have no idea why so many things went wrong on the vehicle. I have both a service plan and a warranty on the vehicle, but both refuse to pay for the repairs that need to be done on the vehicle. Whilst I have not had my vehicle for the past three months i still have to pay my monthly installment and insuarance and still cough up R 28,000.00 for repairs. Also the previous authorized dealer that serviced my vehicle, I reported the bad service months ago and that i had not been happy with the service of my vehicle but nothing was done about that but when my vehicle needs repairs and no-one can explain why the things that have gone wrong on the vehicle have gone wrong, as the vehicle has been for every service and is not even a full five years old - then this is a HUGE problem. The after care service from Chery is TERRIBLE and I would advise everyone to never buy any vehicle made from Chery!!!!
Good day
The reason why Chery warranty could not cover the costs for the faulty part is because it is not anymore, it's only covered for 12 months / 40000KM whichever occurs first. we apologise for the the inconvenience.
