Chery sa Stellenbosch branch and century city Branch

Bought a brand new Chery tiggo 4pro elite 2023 at Chery in Stellenbosch After 8 months a light pop up on the dash showing gearbox failure I contact the salesman coz I have him on WhatsApp he said I must contact the service centre which in the nearest century city branch at the time the car was still driving although the light went on I just thought it’s a minor problem 2 months later the car start going in limp mode the Aa service took the car in they apparently fix the car it the car keeps breaking everytime in the same month they couldn’t fix the car in the meantime I had a very stressful time with customer service I’ve never thought that I will stress so much over a new car which suppose to be problem free , they have a tendency not answering calls and delaying and wasting your airtime to a point that a person drive personally to them and approach them they so not worried u could even see the way they handle the situation so eventually Chery sa communicate with the branch saying they now need to order a part from china and it’s going to take 3 months I was like are u nuts my car been with Chery service Center in century city since the beginning of this year with all the ins and out up untill now yes they gave me a courtesy which I literally had to fight for but I hate the car coz I’m paying 10k per month for a courtesy car I’m driving I look like a fool among my neighbours I feel stupid I could kept my second hand vehicles as a businessman driving a new car that has been broken more then an old car looks pathetic I WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY THESE CHINESE CARS although it’s look nice it’s not worth it , so now sent complaint to the ombudsman’s so they can deal with them it really drain a person as a consumer …. My whole intention is to put them front page in the news paper and all over social media
