Chery SA Roodepoort customer dissatisfaction 🤬🤬

Chery Roodepoort on Ontdekkers is the worse dealership to deal with the Manager Jaques Van Den Berg is the most unhelpful person, in fact white managers male especially help according to the colour of your skin am experiencing this for a 2nd time now and I thought maybe am reading to much into it but no they never help their customers instead they say unfortunately there is nothing we can do that's why am saying they ******s. Anyway back to my complaint I noticed the the paint is chipping off on the bonnet because of the wiper blade so they saying its the car wash guys they force the wiper blade up which is not supposed to happen they must just lift it slightly...my question did they know this about Chery Cars or even me no, had I known I would of told them...Am telling this Jaques if someone upon delivery told me this then I would of made sure it doesn't happen...he says its not their job to still do all that...what irritates me worse men know women are not really clued up with cars they needed to be guided but this ****** man didn't even of advise on what I can do to avoid it from further chipping besides them not forcing it up. But I bet you if it was a white customer he was going to assist them even get it painted...So that's Chery Roodepoort even when I bought the car getting it was an issue and they never even apologised to me...But if I was a white customer he was going to apologize...
