Chery SA

Chery SA is useless. I had been to the dealership for the 7th time for a problem that wasnt fixed. Less than a year after purchasing a Chery Tiggo 4 the vehicle had been giving me on going issues. The vehicle sometime vibrates when the ignition is on while idling and loses power. Took the vehicle to their service center and they couldnt find the fault as they changed a few parts like ECU, transmission control module and still wasnt resolved. I logged a complaint with Chery SA customer service and they escalation process didnt do much either. All they done was arrange with the dealership for a technician to have a look by which I have followed through and their technician says they cannot locate the fault. It is either their technical staff are *********** or their Chery products are useless. I would never purchase another vehicle from them again and will advise everyone about their service levels and never to support their business
