Chery Roodepoort - Customer service

I don’t understand how you say yo a customer we just received the parts for your car on Friday afternoon and it will be ready on Monday however we will be closing at 2pm. Come Monday it’s stories that you will get your car on thiday and now we are closing at 12. No courtesy car no trying to make for the inconvenience caused. Such ******* I am livid at this and no effort is made to make a plan for me. And then I am charged an arm and a leg for the service. Totally unacceptable. If you don’t want to provide the service then don’t be on the business. I will collect my car and then take it up with the manager or whoever again. Coz I am not done with them.
