Chery parts delay

My Chery Tiggo 4 got sever hail damage in September. We dropped the car at the panel beater on January 8 and have been waiting for a new roof to be delivered ever since. I have been informed that the roof will only arrive in the middle of March. How can it possibly take 2 months for a part to arrive? Why would I ever recommend a Chery to friends if it takes this long to get a part. Not acceptable.
