Chery Midrand worst service centre.

My vehicle has a vibration which started after 2000km from new. I had booked my vehicle in with Chery Midrand also known as Angels Motor Group. I have been back and forth to the dealership with no resolution to the vibration. I have only had promises and excuses from the so called workshop manager Carissa Jagmohun who could never give me straight forward answers and always gave me the run around. My car is now doing 25000km with no resolution to the vibration. My vehicle is a 2023 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max with a torque of 390nm and a 187kw engine. The vehicle has alot of power and torque but is the most uncomfortable and unreliable vehicle to drive with a vibration on the steering wheel and throughout the vehicle. I have owned many brands of vehicles but the Chery is my worst yet. In my experience as a qualified motor mechanic, the staff in the Chery Midrand workshop have no clue how to fault find and to assist customers with dedication. I would not recommend anyone to Chery Midrand. I have not had any feedback or joy from the dealer principle as well in regards to my concerns.
