Chery Kempton Park sales fault new cars

I bought a brand new car from Chery Kempton Park and a week after picking the car up it started having issues and had a sound by the aircon area. After I noticed this I immediately contacted Tyron who is the sales person that sold me the car and he had me bring the car in for the Chery technician to look at the problem and which I did and I was sold that everything was fine. When driving the car back from work I noticed that the sound was back and I once again told the sales person and had to take the car in again. A week after that the car had the same problem again which I think was a factory fault because they can’t seem to fix it. I have now the same problem after having had my car repaired 3 times already for the same problem and now I am being ignored by the sales person and also the manager of Chery Kempton Park who was supposed to call me with the solution. I am very upset and am paying a lot of money for that Chery Tiggo 7 pro Executive for me to be having these kind of problems.
